Branding is complicated by nature. So we have developed habits, tools and techniques to make it flow a little smoother. It’s an approach that has helped us bring clarity and unity to businesses. We call this process ‘Focus’.

Focus – can be broken down into a five stage methodology for delivering effective creative solutions on time and within budget. We find the key to success is up front planning and clear agreements throughout.

How it all works

The key features of ‘Focus’ and what we can offer you beyond what other agencies can is a real deep process of ‘collaboration’. We believe the key to creating solutions that will really make a difference to your brand is through partnership.

DEFINE

Before you can decide where to go, you need to know your current position. Understanding where a brand stands. provides a solid foundation for determining strengths and weaknesses. To navigate this stage we immerse ourselves in the brand to understand the issues that matter.

STRATEGY

Once we have an idea of direction from the ‘Define’ stage. We can create a verbal strategy that outlines how a brand will be positioned in the market, what it represents, and how it will be communicated to its target audience. Our brand stragety is based on a six question structure that helps create a roadmap for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence.

DESIGN

This is where the brand truly comes to life! The creative brief is developed. Design sprints and concepts are built out and explored to create visual toolkits for the brand.

IMPLEMENTATION

While having a fantastic core idea and creative elements are essential, the execution and implementation stage is often the most critical part of building a successful brand. This is the stage where your brand transforms from an idea into a living entity in the eyes of your customers.

MANAGE

Having a great design idea and implementing it effectively are important components of building a successful brand, but they are not the only factors that guarantee success. Building and maintaining a strong brand involves a multifaceted approach, and there are several other crucial considerations to keep in mind. From making sure that the brand strategy is embedded into a company to determining how well it resonates with your audience and delivers on its promises.
