Plant Punk is a plant based food company, created by multi-award-winning chef Dave Ahern and actress Wallis Day. The brand was lanuched in a bustling alternative meat sector presenting the challenge of distinguishing the product amidst a myriad of options, as consumer choices in this sector are abundant and diverse.
Arthur created a new brand to bring Plant Punk to life helping them to address the competition, establishing unique selling points, and navigating consumer perceptions to successfully carve out a distinct and appealing niche for the Plant Punk brand.
Our brand idea was based on the fact that there are zero processed ingredients in Plant Punk’s products and a growing consumer backlash against companies hiding behind slick marketing promises. The theme of ‘Revolution’ seamed like a good fit for the brand. Allowing us to revolutionise the hyper processed plant based food market . Creating not a company, but a movement! At the heart of the brand was the Flag, which symbolises ‘the movement’. While imagery nods to soviet revolution posters, but with a contemporary twist to bring them right up to date.
